Hydrogel and patch development is one of B4 LAB’s core specialties — alongside skincare, masks and full OEM/ODM development.
“Hydrogel” sounds like one thing. In practice it’s five — each with its own formulation, process and production line. We develop and manage all of them, so you get the right format for your product instead of whatever one factory happens to run.

One partner, the right factory
Different formats require different manufacturing systems.
A spot patch, a printed patch and a fabric-integrated hydrogel are made on different lines, in different facilities. We coordinate the right certified partner for each category — so you manage one relationship, not five. Partner names stay confidential.

Custom shapes, colors & character designs
Beyond a clear round patch, custom patches are shaped and colored to your design — stars, hearts, flowers, characters and more, in a wide range of pastel and full colors. Printing and holographic foils are available as finishes. (Beveling isn’t available on printed patches.) Below are samples developed to original designs.

Our own R&D
Engineered, not just sourced
Hydrogel and patch development is something we engineered ourselves. Our R&D has developed these in-house — including a gold-knit lifting hydrogel and a dedicated hydrogel film, alongside hydrocolloid handle patches and water-soluble melting sheets. When you ask whether a format is possible, you’re asking people who have actually built it.
