What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It depends on the product format. Skincare typically starts from around 5,000–10,000 units, patch products from about 50,000 sheets, and sheet masks from about 100,000 sheets. Patches and masks are counted in sheets — they're packed into retail sets of two to ten later — so production and finished-retail quantities aren't the same. Final quantities are confirmed by scope.
Do you offer private label and OEM/ODM?
Yes. Bring your own formula (OEM), build on ours (ODM), or develop a brand end to end (private label / OBM).
Which markets and certifications do you support?
We export worldwide and match each project to manufacturing partners whose facilities hold the certifications your target market requires — such as CGMP and ISO 22716. Where a market has its own registration or labeling requirements, we factor that into partner selection from the start.
Are there sample fees?
Yes — a refundable sample fee, credited in full to your first production order.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. An NDA is available on request before we review any formula or design.
