A good sample is the start, not the finish.
Some formats are genuinely hard to get right — and even a sample that works in the lab has to survive production: same color, same feel, low defects, batch after batch. That gap is where most of the real work is.

Hydrogel, custom-shaped and printed patches, fabric-integrated formats — these can take more than one specialist and several rounds to get right. We judge what's realistically manufacturable, which facility fits the format, and what has to change before production begins.
